If you intend to return your goods, please contact customer service within 48 hours after you receiving the item (based on courier service’s receiving date).
Refund / Return Policy
- You have to notify us within 48 hours if you wish to refund or exchange your goods, failed to report to us will not warrant a refund or exchange.
- You have to return the goods to us within 7 days (based on the date you received our confirmation goods return form), goods that are not returned to us within 7 days are not entitled for this privilege.
- To avoid the warranty being abused, all refunds are not in cash form but in Refund Code which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order.
- You may use the Refund Code to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Due to hygiene reasons, all socks, insoles, head-wear and base-layers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- We are not held responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that the items do not get damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
